Der wilde, unverfälschte Geschmack Honduras liegt in der edlen, dunklen Bio-Ursprungsschokolade von Schell. Mit 75% Kakaoanteil aus Trinitario- und Criollo-Kakaobohnen, bietet die exquisite Bean-to-Bar-Schokolade einen intensiven Kakaogeschmack, der an Dörrbirne und duftendes Holz erinnert – angereichert mit dezenten Noten von Zimt, Tabak, Honig und frischen, tropischen Früchten.

Hergestellt mit Kakaobauern in einer Bio-Kooperative, nach strikten Abläufen und Kontrollen, ist die dunkle Ursprungsschokolade an Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Die Kakaobohnen werden von Hand sortiert sowie sorgfältig und zentral fermentiert – für ein gleichbleibendes Geschmacksprofil und ein hochwertiges Endprodukt. Beim Anbau wird darüber hinaus besonders auf die Erhaltung der heimischen Artenvielfalt geachtet. Zudem besteht die VerPackung(en) aus umweltfreundlichen Kakaofaser-Mischungen von Kakaoschoten.
