Eine ganz besondere Delikatesse für alle Karamell-Freunde! Diese getrocknete Feige ist mit einer leicht gesalzenen Karamell-Ganache gefüllt. Die Kombination aus Frucht und Süße wird durch eine Hülle aus aromatischer, kräftiger Vollmilchschokolade abgerundet. Die kleinen, getrockneten Fruchtkerne geben der sonst weichen Konsistenz der Frucht-Praline eine belebende Knusprigkeit.
