Die Geschichte des Schokoladenherstellers Marou - 12 Pl des Capucins, 32110 Nogaro, Frankreich, wwww.marouchocolate.com, care@marouchocolate.com -  klingt fast wie ein kleines Märchen:2010 lernten sich die französischen Auswanderer Samuel Maruta und Vincent Mourou im vietnamesischen Dschungel kennen. Unzufrieden in ihren Jobs als Banker und Werber beschließen die Beiden, ihre Berufe an den Nagel zu hängen und sich fortan ihrer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft zu widmen - dem Kakao. Sie gründeten das erste Bean-to-Bar-Unternehmen Vietnams. Ihr Ziel: den vietnamesischen Kakao, der bisher nicht als einer der besten weltweit galt, in eine erstklassige Schokolade zu verwandeln, die sowohl Kenner als auch Genießer begeistert.
