Hauchdünne, knusprige pure Schokolade, bestreut mit knusprigen Kakaonibs und einer Prise Meersalz. Die biologischen Trinitario Kakaobohnen wird direkt bei der Conacado-Bauerngenossenschaft in der Dominikanischen Republik gekauft. Von dort aus werden die Kakaobohnen mit dem Segelschiff Tres Hombres vier Monate lang, mit reiner Windkraft von der Karibik über den Atlantik nach Amsterdam gesegelt. In Amsterdam stellen die Chocolate Makers handwerklich, mit Solarenergie, Bio-Schokolade her!
Die dunkle Schokolade mit den knusprigen Nibs sorgt zusammen mit dem Meersalz für ein köstliches Geschmackserlebnis.
