Ein besonderes und raffiniertes Geschmacksprofil, bestehend aus einer Mischung von Kakaobohnen, in der Lage den Geschmack einer Reifung im Rumfass wiederzugeben. Einige Bohnen werden in Fässern gereift, um feine Aromen und einzigartige Eigenschaften zu entwickeln. Andere wiederum kommen von einer Insel im Indischen Ozean und zeichnen sich durch rauchige Noten in ihrem Geschmacksprofil aus. Am Gaumen zeigen sich Noten von geröstetem Holz, geräucherter Glut und Tabakblättern. Ein Rezept, das sich hervorragend mit torfigen Spirituosen, Passito, Zigarren, Likören und überraschend auch mit einem Irish Coffee genießen lässt.
