Michel Cluizel hat weltweit fünf Plantagen ausgewählt, mit deren Kakaobohnen er ganz spezielle Herkunftsschokoladen, sogenannte Cru de Plantation, herstellt. Die Gelbe von Cluizel enthält ausschließlich Bohnen der Plantage Mangaro in Madagascar. Diese verleihen der dunklen Schokolade mit 71% Kakaoanteil ihren ganz eigenen Geschmack. Entdecken Sie in dieser typisch milden und angenehm cremigen Schokolade von Michel Cluizel Nuancen von exotischen Früchten bis hin zu Zitrusfrüchten. Die Schokoladen enthalten nur Kakao, Rohrzucker, Kakaobutter und echte Vanilleschoten. Auf weitere Zusatzstoffe verzichtet Michel Cluizel komplett.
