Diese Schokolade ist eine echte Besonderheit. Sie beinhaltet alles, was Kakao ausmacht. Hergestellt aus 60% Kakaomasse der Edelsorte Arriba Nacional und verfeinert mit dem Fruchtfleisch der Kakaofrucht, der sogenannten Pulpe sowie knackigen Kakaobohnensplittern, den Nibs, bietet sie ein einmaliges und intensives Geschmackserlebnis. Dabei treffen Noten der fruchtig-säuerlichen und etwas süßen Pulpe, die an Zitrone und Physalis erinnert, auf einen üppigen und intensiven Kakaogeschmack in der Schokolade und den Nibs. Dieses Kakao-Spektakel der Extraklasse wurde mit Silber der International Chocolate Awards Americas 2021/22 ausgezeichnet.
