Der Criollo gilt als der Edelste unter den Kakaos: Die jährliche geerntete Menge mit einer Reinheit von über 90% beträgt weniger als 0,001 % der gesamten Ernte weltweit. Im festen Glauben an die exzellente Qualität des Criollo und an die Anbaumöglichkeiten, trotz aller anerkannten Theorien über magere Erträge, Empfindlichkeit und Anfälligkeit für Krankheiten, hat Domori die Welt des Kakaos revolutioniert.

90% Criollo ist eine Blend aus den Criollos der Hacienda San José, Venezuela.
Geschmack: Schöne Noten von Karamell, Waldbeeren, Nüssen und Datteln, die durch den Rohrzucker angenehm betont werden. 
Ohne zusätzliche Kakaobutter.
