Mehrfach ausgezeichnete, extrem geschmacksreiche Schokolade von Michel Cluizel mit einem Kakaoanteil von 45%. Diese Schokolade verdient den Namen Milchschokolade zu recht, da sie beide Komponenten wunderbar kombiniert, sowohl einen intensiven Milchgeschmack als auch einen vollen Kakaogeschmack. Die Schokolade ist angenehm süß, ohne dass der Zucker dominiert oder gar alles andere überlagert. Ein Muss für alle Liebhaber guter Vollmilch-Schokolade. Nicht ohne Grund wurde diese Schokolade gleich doppelt ausgezeichnet: 2005 mit der Silbermedaille der Academy of Chocolate und 2008 mit dem Great taste award in gold.
