Für diese Schokolade verwendet Domori einen Blend aus Criollos der Domori-Plantage San José in Venezuela. Die Verwendung bester Kakaobohnen der höchsten Qualitätsstufen die spezielle Verarbeitung und der Verzicht auf jegliche Zusätze außer einer Prise Rohrzucker machen diese Schokolade zu einer der besten der Welt.
